Why These Events Are Different

Not another mixer.
Not another workshop.

Most women's networking events in Sydney fall into one of two categories. Large-scale professional events where you meet thirty women, remember five, and follow up with none. Or informal drinks meet-ups where the conversation stays at the surface all night. Marina's dinners are neither.

Small

Ten Women, Always

Every event is capped at ten seats. Small enough that everyone actually meets everyone. Large enough for a real dinner to feel like a real dinner.

Curated

Marina Selects the Room

The women at each dinner are compatible by intention — professional levels, life stages, and interests roughly aligned so the conversation flows naturally.

Elevated

Proper Sydney Venues

Held at elevated Sydney restaurants and bars — Bambini Trust, Shell House Sky Bar, and other places worth the dressing-up.

Substance

Style, Confidence, Real Talk

Marina weaves in practical style and confidence insights throughout the evening — not a lecture, just the kind of frank guidance a stylist and coach naturally brings.

Regular

Every 6-8 Weeks

Not one-off. A recurring series with a growing circle of Sydney women. Come once — most attendees are back for the next.

Value

$150 All-In

Champagne on arrival plus a full set-menu dinner. What most Sydney venues charge for the dinner alone — plus you leave with a circle.

Who These Are For

Women who are done
with events that don't land.

These dinners were built for the kind of Sydney woman who has been to enough networking events to know what she is looking for and what she is not. She is not chasing volume. She is looking for a small, high-quality room of women she would actually want to know beyond one evening.

"The room turns not just when a magnetic woman walks in — but when ten of them sit down to dinner together."

Hosted By

Marina Arairo —
Fashion Stylist & Confidence Coach.

Marina Arairo is a Sydney-based fashion stylist and certified confidence coach. She arrived in Australia from Russia in her mid-30s, rebuilt her life through intentional personal style, and now works privately with Sydney women doing the same. The events series began as a way to bring her work to a wider circle before women commit to her full private Transformation Program.

She hosts every dinner personally — welcomes each woman on arrival, opens the conversation over champagne, and weaves practical style and confidence insights through the evening. There is no lecture, no name-tag icebreaker, no LinkedIn card exchange.

How to Attend

The next event is always
announced first to the list.

Marina's dinners typically sell out within days of being announced. There are only ten seats, and Marina's existing circle takes many of them. The reliable way to secure a seat at a future event is to be on the notification list — the next date is always announced there first, before it goes to Eventbrite or social media.

Be First to Know

Get notified as soon as the next women's networking dinner is confirmed. No spam — just the date, the venue, and the reservation link.

Or if you already know the July 17 dinner is where you want to be — go straight to the event page and reserve.
